Patchnote Ninja Terms

These terms cover the Patchnote Ninja MVP, a developer-productivity tool that turns GitHub release ranges into release-note drafts.

Use of the service

You may connect public or authorized repositories, compare refs, and generate release-note artifacts. You are responsible for confirming that generated text is accurate before publishing it to customers, investors, or social platforms.

Repository access

Patchnote Ninja only needs read access for release generation. Do not submit repositories or diffs that you are not allowed to process.

Generated content

Generated executive briefs, changelogs, launch posts, breaking-change findings, and migration guidance are drafts. You own the final decision to publish, edit, or discard them.

Billing status

Free access is available in the current MVP. Pro and Team plans stay in waitlist mode until billing is wired, and the waitlist form records interest only.

This MVP is provided as-is. It may change, fail, or be discontinued without notice.
